Enneagram Mentorship
What is the Enneagram?
The Enneagram is a nine-sided symbol used to represent nine points of presence, or nine expressions of personality. This psycho-spiritual map offers insight into our early developmental adaptations and the formation of ego structure or personality.
Our personality is an aspect of who we are, but it is not the totality of who we are.
The Enneagram shows us how our ego construct, its reinforced patterns, and our inability to differentiate from them, can be the cause of great suffering.
Working with the Enneagram helps build awareness of our default operating systems: our tendencies, mental fixations, shadows, fears and motivations. This awareness, while perhaps initially confronting, can with time promote a greater sense of agency in our lives, making room for increased possibility and freedom in our personal and relational worlds.
The Enneagram is also a spiritual guide. It presents us with a paradox: that the freedom we seek cannot be obtained by over efforting and micro-managing our energy, but rather through the cultivation of a deep and abiding trust, and a softening into presence.
The work of the Enneagram is invitational, calling us home to our true nature. It is a nuanced system that can reveal to us not only the ways we forget, but also how we can come to remember.
What I bring to this work?
I have a deep reverence and enthusiasm for this map.
Admittedly, when I was first introduced to the Enneagram, I found myself recoiling from the confronting and very accurate description of my ‘type.’
I experienced equal parts intrigue and repulsion, but mostly I felt seen.
I haven’t looked back.
My approach to the enneagram, in my self-study, teaching and mentorship is embodied and playful. My background in yoga, meditation, and mindfulness influence how I understand and integrate the map, sensing into the ‘feeling tone’ of each point, and each person I work with.
As a relational somatic practitioner, I know that the body holds our many stories. I have witnessed this map to be a helpful tool to navigate what it is we notice, feel and sense in our internal observations. I work with the three centers of intelligence (body, heart, head), which each represent ways of knowing and/or sensing. This embodied practice is deeply informative and intersects all of the modalities I work with.
Who is Enneagram Mentorship for?
In short, anyone. Curious folks. Those of you who might feel overwhelmed by the literature and google searches, and want to make contact with a teacher to work one-on-one, foster a therapeutic relationship and engage in conversation and inquiry.
I am offering mentorship as a way to companion people into the enneagram at whatever pace and depth they desire. Whether you want an introductory lesson about the types, or to dive deeply into shadow work and spirituality, I would be honored to accompany you.

“The landscape of inner work can be complex and nuanced and Toni helps to unpack these themes in the holding of a warm, grounded and compassionate space.
She has an understanding of the density and depth of the human experience and is skilled at unearthing not only the wisdom that can be found while exploring these layers, but also the lightness and humour that can nourish us along the way.
Exploring the wisdom available to me through the somatic body has felt like waking up muscles I forgot I had access to!
Toni has helped to gently illuminate for me where we I might be meeting my own resistance. That awareness has helped me to recognize the subconscious patterns at work.
Integrating these pieces of my personal puzzle has led me to finding a greater sense of authenticity, embodiment and agency in my life as well as seeding my enthusiasm for continuing my journey of inner work.“
